Help and Hope Video Series

This is a series of 10 short videos giving helpful advice about mental health. Mike Maher is a licensed mental health counselor and has a heart for helping those who may be struggling with an emotional issue. The goal of these videos is to help you walk with someone who may be struggling with mental health issues. Mike will define what mental health is (and isn’t) and then he will give you practical steps of things to say and do to help you help someone you love who may be experiencing some emotional issues like anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and more.
